“the International Longshoremen’s Association (ILA) and USMX have agreed to terms that ends the strike immediately. As of today, Friday October 4th, 2024, Davisville, Jacksonville, and Freeport are open for receiving. Effective Monday, October 7th, 2024, Baltimore South Locust Point (SLP) will open to receive Running cargo only. Baltimore-SLP Terminal will not accept any Forklift or Non-Running deliveries until further notice. We expect to resume all Non-Runner and Forklift deliveries at SLP once the Silver Soul has completed vessel operations early next week.”
